All the applicants have to follow a simple application process to come onboard.
We’ll schedule phone calls with the applicants to find about their experience, qualifications, and expectations pertaining to the job position.
After phone screen, applicants have to go through online skill assessments by taking online quiz in order to prove their tech knowledge & customer skills.
In next step, applicants have to take on a video interview so we can evaluate them further and know them better.
Finally, we require applicants to pass background check. Once passed, they can set up their tech profiles to start taking jobs.
You are free to set your working hours and start taking jobs whenever and wherever you want.
Jobs are paid per service basis and payouts depend on the nature of job & complexity level.
All applicants need to be compliant with Form-1099.
